“Choosing a Division”

Please follow the recommendations below when choosing a division in which you intend to compete. While this list does not specify the number of repetitions, or how the exercises are combined in any of the workouts, it does specify the skills and approximate weights incorporated in the primary workouts.  

Rx Division:

Also, all athletes in all divisions need to be capable of performing the following general exercises:

Common callisthenic exercises (push-up, burpee, sit-up, squat, or lunge)
Common endurance exercises (running, rowing, or biking)
Common weightlifting movements (back/front squat, deadlift, shoulder press, bench press)
Jumping onto and over objects (such as a box jump or box jump-over)
Kettlebell Swings
